R.M.S. Queen Mary Blue Butterfly Wing Vintage Compact

This is an Art Deco Chrome & Butterfly Wing Compact of the R.M.S. Queen Mary with an inlay of blue butterfly wing. The Compact has a diameter of approximately 5 cm and it stands around 1 cm high. The Compact comes complete with its original powder pad. It is in good vintage condition, clean on the inside with no signs of the original powder, and the outside has some signs of wear commensurate with age and normal use. This consists of some wear to the chrome, mainly to the edge of the lid. The Butterfly wing has some wear but is in good overall condition. The Mirror is intact and the Compact is British Made. It is in excellent condition given its age, as these were sold during the ship's tenure as an ocean liner. If you're a collector, this is your piece, these are getting harder to find!
