Red Tartan Pencil Skirt & Vest Fall Winter Outfit Plaid Vintage Academia

Get this funky fun outfit now and then forget you have it until you take out your fall/winter clothing!  Especially since I am giving this an offseason price . Price will be going back up in August .  Homemade outfit may have been some kind of uniform. Early 60s. Unlined, red and green Tartan plaid wool pieces will work wonders during the holidays. Then think about these pieces as separates: the vest with tight black cigarette pants and blouse? The skirt with...anything?? Retro Holiday vibes here for sure. Pencil skirt has metal zipper and hook and snaps closure (the red button is just trim). Boxy cropped bolero vest has epaulets and gold buttons at shoulders, no closures.
