This beautiful two-piece vintage studio art pottery set was handcrafted by the late Texas artisan Walt Glass, who was highly regarded for his distinctive Southwestern pottery style. This set features his signature Texas Sunset drip glaze pattern, where vibrant strokes of teal, deep burgundy, and sandy cream bleed seamlessly together over a warm terracotta clay body. It includes an elegant, wheel-thrown serving bowl with a wavy ruffled rim alongside a matching rectangular tray. While perfect as a kitchen spoon rest or coffee station utensil holder, the uniquely contoured small tray can also be beautifully repurposed around the home as a bedside ring and jewelry dish, a key catchall in the entryway, a desktop paperclip tray, a soap dish or a decorative holder for sage and smudge sticks.
