It is listed as 110cm, but it actually fit perfectly on a child who is 102cm / 15kg.
I'm not sure if it would fit a thinner child, but it was very tight on a child who is 107cm.

There are no tears or thin spots, so I believe it is in good condition.
All zippers open and close without any problems.
