Description
This CHUBBY CHEDDA is designed for fun in small waves, and can still rip if you're feeling it. The nose rocker is suppressed for easier paddling, while the tail rocker is the same as a performance shortboard for vertical movement and quickness. The outline is very chubby, but you can still generate speed from it. The tail volume is kept close to a normal shortboard rail to avoid feeling too floaty. Single concave transitioning to a double under the back foot. This makes rail-to-rail transitions easier. For easy tail maneuverability, a round square tail is generally good, but a swallowtail also works well.
