Chesstak is an exciting multi-layered board game that adds a vertical, three-dimensional expansion to the traditional game of chess. The concept of stacking led to the creation of novel cube-shaped pieces, unlike any seen in traditional chess, with pictograms on all sides, allowing them to be stacked in any orientation.
Of course, the board features a classic design so you can enjoy regular chess play as well. We've intentionally left the finish simple, making it appealing to both seasoned players and beginners, and allowing users to enjoy the process of sanding and varnishing.
The pieces and board are handcrafted one by one from wood using a laser cutting machine. Each of the six sides of the board and pieces is carefully burned, adding a handmade texture that makes it suitable as an art object. You can also enjoy the natural aging of the wood as it's used.
Experience the quality of a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be achieved with resin or mass production.
