By maintaining the plate surface temperature at a constant 210-250℃, it suppresses the vaporization of meat fat into smoke. Furthermore, by preventing meat fat from dripping onto the flame and instead smoothly guiding it to the water tray, smoke generation is reduced.

The plate features a fluorine coating, preventing sticking and making cleaning easy.

Its compact size won't take up much space on your table, and it's also space-saving for storage.
