Vintage Hand-Painted Japanese Porcelain Dish
N/A
This vintage hand-painted Japanese porcelain plate features ornate polychrome and gilded geisha and landscape medallion motifs, characteristic of mid-20th-century Kutani or Satsuma export ware. Hand-decorated Japanese ceramic ware, typically produced during the late Meiji to mid-20th century for export, featuring segmented pictorial panels (monogaka) with figures in traditional kimonos. There are a few places where it looks as though stickers have been on the bottom (as shown in photos) but it should be able to come off.
