Description
Original mid-century teak serving tray with bold bamboo tile inset and the original stainless steel cheese knife. It came as a gift in 1966 and it was never used. Gifted at a bridal shower and stored away for decades. The sculpted teak compartments are perfect for charcuterie, cheese, or snacks, and the removable tile in bamboo pattern adds a graphic pop to your bar cart or credenza. Matching 6 knife fits into a carved slot for display and serving. • Solid teak tray with sculpted compartments • Removable 6 ceramic tile (bamboo design – black, gray & gold) • Original 6 stainless steel knife (marked “Japan”) • Approx. 20″ × 7.5″ • Minor surface nick near knife slot (see photo) • Period label: A Gifts Galore Selection, Staten Island, NY • Rubber feet on back for stability • 1960s Danish modern style – never used • NOS ✨ A rare and functional statement piece for your MCM kitchen or cocktail setup. Note that the first image is an approximation - those that follow display the actual items (tray and knife) that you will recieve.
