please see photos this is brand new in original packaging never tested never used the outside of the lipstick vial had some residue on it from storage and I tried to wipe off but the finish on these is a sort of rubbery matte texture and it wouldn't come off. it left a minor cosmetic defect on the outside. the lipstick itself is in perfect condition!!
