Alligator print outside. Like new with key, smells new, MINT Condition. Would be perfect for a graduating doctor in your life. Cool story behind this piece - in the 1950's a couple of these bags were given to a group of graduating medical students at Maryland University. They were from a pharmaceutical company called W.D. Byron & Sons. This was to help promote their company. It is a rare find.
